Busy Busy Busy

Ahhh, had to cater an event for 600 people today. Major cash, but......I had to start work this morning at 6am and the good news is that I was done with my end of the event at 9:30am. But that doesn't mean the day was over, nope I got thumped all day. A constant thump, no long lines, just 1 after another after another. Shit, in yesterdays blog I said the event was yesterday, no, it was today.

So that wasn't that bad, but then at 1pm, 1 of my employees was looking for the phone number to have someone come in for her. Well that other person wasn't going to be able to do it since she specifically asked for this day off. So what does she do, she doesn't even show up or nothing. No calls or nothing. She must be dead, or at least to me she is.

My feet are sore right now. I took off my shoes to let them breath.

Since I worked all day, my day was really uneventful. Had a couple of Krispy Kremes, some soda, and a ton of work.

Things worked out for me though since I only ran a 2.5% labor cost. So for instance, if I sold $1, it would of cost me 2.5 cents to make it. Kept it low cause of employee ditching out on me, oh and did I mention that cash is king???? Employees love it, so I hear. I wonder if corporate will have a bug up my ass when they see that low number. Blahhh, I'm outside of there sphere of influence, so I do what I want to do. Looking back at hammer, u have to wonder, could he make it today. Ok, we will forgive him for the Hammer pants. We have to give him a break on that one. But lets not forget those ugly ass gold glasses he would wear. Plus he would always wear a wife beater. Plus the damn fool went through a bunch of cash real fast!!!! Plus Hammer had this guy in his posse that had that straight up hair, holy shit, that was bad hair and a bad posse member. But last but not least, he had some songs that wouldn't get by in todays world. For instance, would "Pray" get by today. "We have to pray just to make it today!!!!" Nah, that wouldn't be a hit. Plus he also did that piece of shit remix of "Have U Seen Here?" Plus the whole 2 legit 2 quit thing he had going, it wouldn't make it today. Maybe if he prayed, it would make it today!!!
