House drama

Ok, so I got my heart set on this 1 house, hell I would even settle for a different/smaller house in the same development. But see, that would be to easy. Not with this development. If I walked into the place today and said, "Hi, I have enough cash in my hand right now to buy a house, can I have 1?" The answer would be no. Instead they do a lot sale and only release 4 at a time. What they do is send out an email to all people that are interested in it. So if u don't show up to the community within 30 minutes or so, oh and have 20k in cash, forget about it. How fucked up is that. Plus it will still take 8-12 months to build the fucking house.

No idea if I really want this house anymore or if I just want to buy an existing house. It would be nice, but the upside on resale won't be as good. Decisions decisions!!!!
