My Simple Life

Hey here's my simple life: A little bit about me, currently I own a small little sub shop in Chandler, AZ. How did I get to here? Well I use to do morning radio in Phoenix and it was the worst job I have ever had. Before doing radio in Phx, I use to do morning radio in Oklahoma City, Lincoln Nebraska, Des Moines, and Dubuque Iowa. So after getting out of the daily grind of radio I do the daily grind of the sub shop and am happy. If you want to contact me, email me @ the_flounder@hotmail.com

DONE!!!

Finally got all my x-mas shopping done. I didn't think the malls and stores were as bad as I thought they were going to be. You could actually find parking spaces, so that was amazing. I think everyone is going to clean up big time from me, well except for me.

I think my favorite thing I have seen out there was this year's Billy Bass, except it's a mounted deers head. It sings songs and it has a microphone in it that you can speak into and make it talk. It's only like $100, so that's not bad.

I'm seroiusly beat right now and can't wait till Sunday and catch some Z's!!!! Not that the whole tired thing really ever changes with me. I think we are going to do something real exciting tomorrow, I think we are going to go to our old storage spot and clean it out. Doesn't get more romantic then that. Cleaning it out will definitly seal the deal for me.

Speaking of Deals, for some reason I am mildly attracted to the new tv show Deal or No Deal. It's a brainless show and anyone can do it. Here's the rules to the show from NBC:

The rules are simple. Choose a briefcase. Then as each round progresses, you must either stay with your original briefcase choice or make a "deal" with the bank to accept its cash offer in exchange for whatever dollar amount is in your chosen case. Once you decide to accept or decline the bank's offer, the decision is final. Contestants are encouraged to ask friends or family in the audience for advice; however, only the contestant's answer will be considered binding and final.

Ok, so now that u have an idea about it, the reason I like it is cause it's a good commercial break filler. You can flip over to it at anytime and pick the show up and you won't feel bad when you leave it since if you come back, you can pick it up again, whether it's the same person or someone new. The show doesn't demand a commitment, which at this point in my life, that's good. I only have enough time for 1 commitment and that's Lost.
