Dear Crazy Christmas Customer,
I want to first thank you for coming into the store today. But can I give you a bit of advice. It's 2007 now, it's a new year. You shouldn't be wearing christmas clothes anymore. It's gone, it's past. Please change your clothes. It's really really sad that no one will tell her this and she thinks it is ok.
