Inspection Time

I never mind when the health inspector comes knocking on the store door. I really have nothing to hide. The only problem that I have is that it was a different inspector. Why does that matter? Cause they all look for different things. While 1 inspector might have a hard on for 1 thing, the other inspector won't give a damn about it. It's a guessing game at what they are going to be looking for. The last few times weren't bad cause it was the same person, but now it was someone new and didn't look at anything I thought he was going to. He had a tool kit on him and was like whipping things out and showing me how to do things. I mean he was cool like that, but I just want consistancy. That's all. Oh btw, I know I can't spell.
